Position will be based at the Business Office but will travel to all Wellstar/NGOC offices as needed for training, staff education, workflow, and improvements. Responsibilities include assisting with EPIC operational and quality metrics reporting and improving operational efficiencies and meeting coordination, as well as special projects. Qualified candidates require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical business office. Experience in ambulatory, outpatient, and oncology setting is required; as well as ability to understand reporting data specific to workflow and quality metrics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Must demonstrate interpersonal skills which are conducive to discussing problems and issues; and educating staff and physicians in a positive, constructive manner. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
