Patient Precert Financial Advisor

The Billing Office has an immediate opening for an Patient Precert Financial Advisor. Candidate is responsible for obtaining pre-certification and preauthorization for all patient treatments; to include infusion therapies, and injections. Provides cost of care estimates for treatments administered to patients. Qualified candidates should be detail oriented with good organizational and time management skills and have a working knowledge of medical terminology, including coding and insurance authorizations. Oncology, and Epic experience is a plus. Minimum 3 years medical insurance verification and authorization experience required.  Competitive salary and benefits.  EOE.

Form 1095-C

Due to new federal legislation designed to reduce paperwork, the 1095-C will no longer be automatically mailed to you.  Form 1095-C provides information about the health insurance coverage you were offered during the year if you are or were a full-time employee. You do not need this form to file your income tax return; but a copy is available to you.

Contact HR to receive a copy of your 1095-C. Forms will be provided within 30 days of your request.
